My Thoughts: As a fan of the song I was so excited to read this, and it did not disappoint me in any way. I found myself loving these characters instantly, they are written so real. (A good reading month for these types of characters!) It is woven into the country music scene, with beautiful lyrics throughout closing each chapter. I also enjoyed that this is a real love story, with breakups, friendship, and being apart. There are no big outstanding defining moments in this, its just life. That one person that helped you become that best version of yourself and you will always think of fondly.
Technical issues with my kindle made reading it slightly odd, but that was on my end. The writing was beautiful and I say Read It!
