Cinder, a gifted mechanic, is a cyborg. She’s a second-class citizen with a mysterious past, reviled by her stepmother and blamed for her stepsister’s illness. But when her life becomes intertwined with the handsome Prince Kai’s, she suddenly finds herself at the center of an intergalactic struggle, and a forbidden attraction. Caught between duty and freedom, loyalty and betrayal, she must uncover secrets about her past in order to protect her world’s future.

My Thoughts: I was unsure when I started reading, I was either going to love this book or hate this book. Once I got one third of the way in I was hooked. The beautiful writing, the action, I just could not get enough. I love this world that Marissa Meyer has created. I honestly had nothing bad to say about this book. I can not wait to get my hands on Scarlet. (Yet another to add to my amazing sequiles I need to get my hands on.) In one year I have been introduced to so many beautiful stories that I never would have found on my own.

I love that Cinder is a cyborg. It sucks for her, but it is an amazing concept and I just loved it.

Read It! That is the last thing I have to say.
