It'll be an epic night he'll never forget (unlike that time he forgot to take out the trash and put away the laundry). But Tim is donating his bone marrow for his cancer- ridden mother on the same night. In support, Jeremy and Hector want to have a rockin' time at the Gingivitis concert... for Tim.
My Thoughts: I enjoyed this read, it brought me back to being younger. (Yea, this 22 year old is thinking about the good old days.) I had not known of the newspaper comic strip of Zits until reading this, and I have to say I will be looking forward to it from now on. Jeremy and Hector are so fun and such adolescents. I love the junky van, the parents who don't understand, and Jeremy's odd dancing style. These future rock gods have an adventure and attempt to make a friend feel better.
If you are looking for a fun read for a kid just becoming a teenager this is a book for them. For the youth and for and fan of the Zits, I say Read It!
